Join us for all sorts of fantastic programs this summer with Wicked Cool for Kids! CCACE is excited to partner with WCFK again this year to bring you
- Minecraft Mania (full day) – July 9 – 13
- Wicked Cool Vet School (half day) – July 9 – 13
- Minecraft Mania 2: The sequel (full day) – July 16 – 20
- Gadgets & Contraptions (half day) – July 16 – 20
- Rocket Science (half day) – July 23 – 27
- Deep Blue Sea (half day) – July 23 – 27
Our full day programs run from 9 am – 4 pm and our half day programs run from 1 – 4 pm at Alcott. (Rocket Science will run from 9 am – 12 pm.)
A normal day is packed with fun and learning:
- 9:00-9:30 Get in the Groove: games and crafts promoting social interaction
- 9:30-10:30 Lesson
- 10:30-11:00 Snack, outside, free play
- 11:00-12:00 Lesson
- 12:00-1:00 Lunch (full day only)
- 1:00-2:00 Lesson
- 2:00-2:30 Snack, outside, free play
- 2:30-3:30 Lesson
- 3:30-4:00 Finish projects, clean up, Get in the Groove, free play
If your son or daughter will be in Summer School, our afternoon programs are a perfect compliment to complete the day. We will meet everyone at 12 pm when Summer School dismisses to have lunch and recess together. At 1 pm, we will bring everyone in to their afternoon program.
If you want your child join us for both Rocket Science (morning) and Deep Blue Sea (afternoon) the week of July 23rd, we will all come together again for lunch and recess from 12 – 1 pm at no additional cost.

For over 10 years WCFK has provided high quality, educational, and fun STEAM enrichment programs for kids in partnership with local community based organizations. Their approach is based on balancing education and recreation that so kids have fun through experiential learning.
