For many, the medical and social-emotional consequences are too serious for inaction, making it imperative we learn new self-care solutions used at the nation’s leading hospitals and wellness centers.
Learn what science is uncovering about the role of stress in our physical health, as well as the related tools & techniques seen as most effective in combating this common, damaging aspect of our lives. In addition to a lecture and Q&A, participants will be led on two brief series of meditations — no experience is necessary. Come join, learn, breathe, and be well.
